The ZXW-Sensor™ from Magellan is a dual-frequency receiver that
combines patented Magellan Z-Tracking™ technology with
state-of-the-art electronics to deliver top-notch real-time GPS
performance. ZXW-Sensor provides 5 Hz update rate in Synchronized RTK mode,
and 10 Hz update rate in Fast RTK mode. Low power consumption of only 4W
provides a significant improvement over earlier products.

State-Of-The-Art RTK Technology
The ZXW-Sensor incorporates the patented Z-Tracking technology
to defeat Anti-Spoofing (encryption of the P-code) and provide
optimal dual-frequency performance. It has a significant signal-to
noise ratio advantage over competing technologies, enabling the
receiver to track weaker satellite signals. The result is
reliable centimeter-level positions you can count on for all
of your high productivity GPS applications.
Rapid Positioning with Instant-RTK
The ZXW-Sensor also features the unique Instant-RTK® technology
to provide fast and accurate real-time positioning. Fixed
ambiguity solutions are available in as few as two seconds
after full satellite lock. Instant-RTK provides a distinct
advantage in high dynamic usages. The ZXW-Sensor is suitable
for a variety of applications such as construction, machine
control, vehicle guidance, and precision navigation, as well
as land and marine surveying.
Professional Quality GPS With SBAS Capability
ZXW-Sensor is the ideal GPS solution for a wide variety of
positioning and navigation needs. ZXW-Sensor is capable of
outputting SBAS (WAAS/EGNOS/MSAS) raw data for RTK/DGPS
processing and integrity monitoring. Backed by Magellan’s expertise
in the high-precision GPS market, and innovative GPS technology,
ZXW-Sensor combines cost-effective flexibility with high-precision
GPS performance.
Take It For a Test Drive
The standard ZXW-Sensor unit includes all firmware features required
for base and remote RTK operation. It features 5 Hz Synchronized
RTK and 10 Hz Fast RTK and has internal memory for data storage.
Choose the ZXW-Sensor Development Kit to perform a comprehensive
test-drive. The Development Kit contains a ZXW-Sensor, power supply,
interface cables, antenna, manuals, Mission Planning™ software, and
Windows®-based Evaluate™ software. Evaluate software communicates
directly with the receiver for control and monitoring, providing visual
displays of satellite information, receiver position and velocity. It
is also capable of data logging and accuracy analysis.
