The TM32 radio modem family
incorporates state-of-the-art wireless
technology designed specifically for the
needs of plant automation and SCADA
applications. The TM32 offers a variety
of configurations allowing the selection of
capabilities to match the requirements of
most applications. From moderate speed
point-to-point to high speed point-tomultipoint
network applications, the TM32
is capable of providing reliable and robust
data communication.
High-speed RF communication with
excellent range requires a radio transceiver
that is optimized specifically for data. The
TM32 boasts a built-in transceiver that
provides an extremely flat modulation
response and excellent low-power sensitivity.
The TM32 is capable of operating all
channels across a 20 MHz bandwidth.
Frequencies can be factory or field
programmed and changed on-the-fly.
A variety of models are supported, allowing
operation in both commercial and military
UHF or VHF bands. Easy to use configuration,
monitoring, and setup software facilitates
installation and monitoring of the data link.
The TM32 is designed for use in the
harsh environments often encountered in
remote monitoring and control applications.
The watertight enclosure allows the
TM32 to be mounted in exposed areas
which would otherwise require additional
protection. The rugged aluminum
extruded enclosure provides convenient
mounting flanges, allowing the unit to be
easily mounted in space limited areas.
